This lab is a place to experiment, experience, reflect, and express ourselves. It is an opportunity to learn practical tools with which we can craft more harmonious intimate relationships.

We will be focused on healthy boundaries — defining, expressing, and receiving them — and on deepening our intimacy, understood as a dynamic balance between freedom and connection.

We will investigate through FEELING, the BODY, and VERBAL COMMUNICATION. We seek to provide tangible experiences through which each person and each partnership can seek their own answers, and continue exploring long after the workshop has finished.

Who is this for?

Anyone interested in deepening their intimate relationships, starting with themselves.

Do I have to come with my partner?

No, but it is recommended. We will explore a variety of practical tools to bring home with you, and if you can learn to use these tools together it will be that much easier to put them into practice.

My partner says this is a load of nonsense.

This is a pretty standard response. We’ve experienced many different workshop dynamics and therapeutic settings, whether for couples, for men, or for women. And frankly speaking there’s a lot of BS out there. We’re here to create something different: an opportunity to work and play together, with a practical focus, designed for all kinds of couples with or without previous experience in these kinds of things. Skepticism and (subconscious) fears are welcome.

What languages do you speak?

We speak Spanish, English, Italian, and Basque. We will adapt to the linguistic needs that present themselves.
