Balancing Masculine and Feminine Energies

Immersive experience centered around the use of real-life tools to connect more deeply with yourself and those you love. This is the essence of what we do, exploratory and practical, challenging and nurturing, understanding and feeling.

Individuals and couples of all shapes, sizes, and orientations are welcome. Know that there will be openness and intimacy both psychological and corporeal; we will connect with our fellow humans, but the focus is firmly therapeutic. Clothes will stay on and encounters will not be sexual in nature.

This experience is open to anyone interested in exploring their masculine and feminine energies, their yin and yang. You don’t need to be in a relationship, and if you are, you don’t need to come with your partner(s), though you are certainly welcome to do so.

We aren’t working from a specific framework such as tantra or tao, but rather take a pragmatic and (we hope) more practical approach, facilitating your experience of the dyadic energies that we all carry within us, though one side — generally speaking — is all but forgotten. This work is at the heart of what we do in focus and flow.
