In this experiential talk we will learn to observe our bodies, minds and emotions in full presence.

We will explore the inner terrain in which the roots of a deeper relationship with ourselves and those we love can find sustenance.

We offer practical exercises that open the door to a more profound feeling and clearer understanding of our own lived experience, as well as tools that allow us put it into words that we can share with others.

Eric Haas and Chiara Vitali will lead the experience together in English and Italian.
